In the rare event that you receive a damaged or low-quality product, we are happy to assist you with a return or refund. Please contact us via email at Kiradatesnutss@gmail.com or by calling us directly within three days of delivery to initiate the return process. To qualify for a return, the product must be in its original condition, with the box and/or packaging intact. Our dedicated team will inspect the returned item, and if it is found to be defective or damaged, we will process a refund, including any shipping fees incurred.
If you receive an incorrect item, please reach out to us within three days of delivery. Return the item in its original condition with the original packaging, and we will gladly replace it with the correct item. If the original item is no longer available, we will issue a refund instead. We assure you that all our products undergo rigorous quality checks before dispatch to meet our high standards. Order Cancellation:
Once your order is placed, it can only be canceled within 2 hours. To cancel, please contact us at Kiradatesnutss@gmail.com or call us directly. If your cancellation request is processed within this time frame, your order will be canceled, and your money will be refunded within 4-5 working days. Please note that once an order has been dispatched, cancellations or modifications are no longer possible.

If you made the payment via Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI, or a third-party wallet, please allow 5-7 working days for the refund to reflect in your account.
